The Thermomark™ Series Trailer is an all-in-one transport system for thermoplastic material and application equipment. It is fully customizable with space for multiple melting systems, applicators, and tools with space for the thermoplastic material you need for a day’s work. Choose from single or multiple melting kettles, applicators, hydraulic liftgate, and much more.

The ThermoMark Series Trailer is a dedicated vehicle to transport, melt and carry your thermoplastic road striping material and equipment.
The ThermoMark trailer can be built for all kettle capacities up to 1500 lbs. Your choice of six applicators, line removal equipment, and hydraulic hoist lift gate to fit your exact needs.
The ThermoMark trailer main frame is 7″ C-channel steel and all cross-frame C-channel is 3″. Top deck is made of a diamond tread plate in which the outer ends have been bent down 3″ and welded to a 3″ channel for perimeter strength. Optional removable pocket side rails are also available for the ThermoMark Series Trailer.
Other options include strobe style safety beacon, die storage box, ball or pintle hitch, lockable battery box, D-ring tie-downs, load straps, toolboxes, fire extinguisher, 3-gallon mounted cooler, and stake pockets.
Featuring a “state of the art” TRI-COOL hydraulic tank.
